Welcome to LightRaeyys Wellness Co. (“LRWC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, purchasing a program, or participating in our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering for or engaging with any LRWC offerings.

1. Programs & Services

  • LRWC provides faith-based, educational, and wellness coaching services. These include, but are not limited to:

  • One-on-one coaching sessions

  • Group coaching programs

  • Challenges

  • Workshops & courses

  • Consulting & corporate wellness services

  • Specialized programs such as The Liberty Program

Our services are not therapy or medical treatment. They are coaching and educational in nature, designed to provide encouragement, practical tools, and support for your growth and well-being.

By engaging in LRWC services, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you remain fully responsible for your own choices, actions, and outcomes.

2. No Guarantee of Results

LRWC provides high-quality coaching, tools, and strategies designed to support meaningful growth and positive change. The progress you experience will depend on your personal commitment, readiness, and consistent application of what you learn. Because each individual’s journey is unique and influenced by many factors outside our control, outcomes will vary, and LRWC cannot warrant or guarantee specific results or timelines.

3. Privacy & Safety in Programs

We respect your privacy and aim to create a safe space for participants.

  • You will never be required to disclose personal details to other participants.

  • Live sessions may be hosted in formats where only the facilitator is visible.

  • Optional peer connections (such as buddies or accountability partners) are always voluntary.

  • All participants must respect confidentiality and may not share program content, materials, or participant information outside LRWC.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

  • Unless otherwise specified, all payments are non-refundable. In rare cases, exceptions may be granted at our discretion.

  • Access to program materials or sessions is provided only after full payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

All LRWC materials - including videos, workbooks, worksheets, audio tracks, written guides, and digital resources - are the intellectual property of LRWC.
They are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or sold without written consent from LRWC.

6. Technology & Access

  • You are responsible for having the necessary technology (internet connection, device, etc.) to participate in our online services and programs.

  • LRWC is not liable for disruptions due to technology failures outside of our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are committed to delivering safe, supportive, and high-quality coaching services. However, the decisions you make and the results you experience are ultimately your responsibility.

By engaging in LRWC services, you acknowledge that:

  • LRWC cannot be held responsible for the personal choices or outcomes you make during or after participation.

  • While we strive to provide reliable, high-quality programs, LRWC is not responsible for unforeseen difficulties or outcomes that may occur beyond the scope of our coaching services.

  • External factors beyond our control may also influence your results and circumstances.

8. Age Requirement

  • Programs are intended for individuals 18 years and older. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

9. Termination of Participation

LRWC reserves the right to remove participants who:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful behavior

  • Misuse program content or resources

Refunds will not be issued in cases of participant misconduct.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes will be handled under its jurisdiction.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of our website or programs constitutes agreement to the updated Terms.
