This is a guided wellness session designed for those who lead, care, and give deeply - especially in ministry, healthcare, nonprofits, or other helping spaces. It’s for the leader who’s been strong for everyone else… but quietly running on empty. For the one navigating compassion fatigue, soul-weariness, or simply in need of a sacred pause.

In this 1:1 session, you’ll be guided to:  
     Catch your breath and acknowledge what’s really going on
    Reconnect with your “why” without losing yourself in the process  

Receive clarity, perspective, and emotional support in a safe space
