This session is for new moms navigating the emotional shifts of postpartum life - whether you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of yourself in this tender season. It’s for the one who’s silently carrying baby blues, burnout, or inner chaos and just wants to feel steady again.

For the mom who needs more than advice - she needs a space to breathe, be seen, and begin to heal.

In this 1:1 session, you’ll be guided to:  
     Release emotional weight and unspoken fears
     Regain a sense of clarity and calm amidst the changes
     Learn practical grounding tools to navigate postpartum emotions

You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself and your journey as a mother.
